Bromine and alkenes

OK during the lesson I talked about the formation of alkenes from alcohols and alkyl halides. I also talked about the reaction of colourless gas (HCl) and colourless liquid (water) with alkenes. Now I will show you the reaction of a coloured substance (bromine) with two alkenes.

Please sit back and enjoy the movie (sorry for the cheesy background music). If you all work hard I will promise not to use “the best of elevator music volume 7” again.
